    YAC Corporation offers full range of front end equipment from batch type wet process benches for mono/multi Crystalline Si wafers to inline turnkey system.

    SES TEX system is suitable for alkaline texture onto monocrystalline or acid texturing onto multicrystalline silicon. Along with Pre Cleaning unit, maximum efficiency will be achieved.

    SES IOS/PSG system with mixed acids etches single side for isolation and removes PSG efficiently.

    SES DIFF first sprays phosphoric acid water solution on both sides of wafer and diffuses phosphorus at max 1,000 degrees C. ( Doping Process) Inline Doper / Phosphorus diffusion system is also available.
